DK and Damian delivered! - DK and Damian were our outstanding guides for this excursion. They were very attentive and knowledgeable. Not only did we hike to the waterfalls but they stopped along the way to share information about plants etc. Once at the falls they prioritized safety while having fun. They made sure everyone had a good time even if you weren't jumping. Their kindness and enthusiasm made the tour very memorable. Highly recommend them at Paddle 9.

Nauyaca Waterfall Tour - Good day at the Waterfalls. Our guides Correy and Reese were fun,professional,and very helpful. Hike isn't too bad probably about 20 minutes or so but there are some steps to get up and down the waterfall so probably not best for people with mobility issues. Definitely would recommend some water shoes and sunscreen.

Nauyaca Waterfall Tour - Our group really enjoyed this excursion! Especially learning so much about Costa Rica on our way to the tour. Ishmail was especially knowledgeable and Mambo was very entertaining. The other thing that stood out with our guides is just their commitment to safety. It really stood out with us as there was usually a guide at the front and at the back of our group at all times. The waterfall jumping was a little bit more adventurous than our group wanted to take it and sometimes we trouble watching other jumping but I'm sure for them it was amazing. This tour was not as challenging as El Tigre but definitely we highly recommend.

Hike, swimming, waterfall views, lunch - This was such a beautiful and amazing tour. The guides are very knowledgeable and make sure you feel safe every step of the way. The waterfall itself is beautiful and you can choose to jump from a few different heights if you would like. They also provide you with yummy fruit along the way and a nice lunch at the end. 10/10 experience I would definitely recommend.

Well worth seeing these falls - It was our favorite excursion of our week long trip to Costa Rica !!! Fantastic guides and transportation and the falls are spectacular and the hike is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained!! It is a moderate hike with a lot of stairs up and down .

What a great excursion!! WOOHOO! - What a fantastic trip! We had been looking forward to this trip to the Nauyaca Waterfall all week and it did not disappoint. Ishmel talked about the history of and life in Costa Rica on our trip to the waterfall. When we arrived at the upper falls, we were treated to fresh fruit and a facial with mud from the river. We then trekked down to the lower falls where Ishmel, Reece and Mikey helped those who were willing scale up the waterfall 30' to a point where they could jump off. My husband jumped right in to give it a try. The guys were so helpful in showing him where the best footing was and how to hold on to the rope as he ascended all while the water pounded them. He absolutely defied his age (and really, isn't age just a number anyway??) Swimming at the base of the waterfall was an option for those who didn't want to climb. A delicious lunch awaited us when we got back to our starting point. Also a treat to have Tyler take photos along the way. We'd absolutely do this again!

Best day ever with the paddle 9 boys - Me and my husband take this wonderful experience visiting nauyaca waterfalls which was amazing day with DK Alex and mambo also tavo who take care the drive. Guides was so experienced full of knowledge also dk was super focused in safety my husband jump the 30 feet and I was little bit scared at the beginning but the boys make me feel better with all the take care of him Alex with the clay and mambo such a fun guy thanks boys thanks paddle 9 for this I will hundred percent recommend this with my friends and family thanks again and pura vida

Excellent from start to finish!!! - The experience from start to finish was amazing! We brought our kid 8,9,11,17 and they had the most awesome time! Everyone was able to jump off the waterfalls. The guides were super helpful and knowledgeable in everything we asked about. We will definitely be doing another excursion with them!

Just WOW!!! - This tour and these guides were nothing shy of welcoming, informative and so attentive. Not to mention, they assisted anyone that wanted to jump off the cliffs by showing them the way to climb, and lended a hand to make it happen. When I say our group was the 2nd main attraction at the waterfalls, I mean it. There was no other tour guides or company that was helping their guests make the 30ft jump that people in our group were able to do. That being said, it wasn't mandatory and if your goal is to set your sights on the waterfall and/or swim around in the pool at the bottom, that was perfectly ok too. If you're an adventurer though, THIS is your tour company!! Oh, and their was a fella named Tyler that took pics that you could purchase after the event (if you wanted to, no pressure) that detailed your specific group during the hike, the swim and/or jump and any nature he captured along the way. Also totally worth it in my eyes. Ismael, Alfonso and Mambo were our guides. And I can't say enough good things about them all!

Bad experience - The tour guides were not nice to my boy. He wanted to jump from the waterfall as it is advertised but instead they lush him away and make this experience that had the potential to be the highlight of our trip and bad time. They were too busy talking and doing other things but attending to us and making sure we all enjoy this experience
