Excellent travel service - This was our first time visiting Costa Rica and needed transportation from the airport to our hotel which was almost 2 hours away. They picked us up promptly giving us a text of our driver’s name and phone number. I confirmed the ride back and they provided the same info to us. We were very pleased with the service they provided.

100% Recommend! - Prompt and professional drivers with comfortable vans. Our driver kindly offered to stop at a market for us to pick up snacks and drinks on our way to the resort. I was nervous to use an outside vendor, but the transfer offered by the hotel was so much more expensive.

Competitive & Professional Transportation - Professional, the driver was waiting when we arrived. Professional and friendly. Vehicle was clean and air conditioned. The ride was relaxing and the driver even gave us suggestions for our time Guanacaste. The driver who picked us up for our departure was impeccable be arrived early and took is to several local markets for liquor and souvenirs. Oh did I mention they have very competitive prices. We also booked this company for our trip to La Fortuna/Tabacon Spa Resort. Wonderful experience all around.

Driver was kind. Even... - Driver was kind. Even stopped to get some food. Only issue was he didn’t speak English and drove extremely slow.

Experience not as Described! - The description is very deceiving! It was NOT the vehicle pictured but an old pick up truck. The driver did not speak any English yet the posting says English Guide. We could have ordered an Uber for less $ and same experience.

Driver Did Not Call, Show Up or Answer The Phone. HORRIBLE COMPANY! - Driver never called or showed up. I was left waiting at the airport after prepaying for the service. Viator tried to help. Neither of us were able to reach the vendor. Many other drivers swarmed me wanting to sell their services. I ended up getting a refund from Viator since they could not reach the vendor or find an alternate for me. It was inexcusable! The refund from Viator did not cover the extra $50 I had to pay for a reputable vendor at the airport. Buyer beware when arriving at Liberia Airport. One man tried to convince me to go to the mini mart for a driver there. Just horrible. The airport staff was very helpful, including the airport ambassador. I have been all over the world with Viator drivers through the years. This was the first time I had a true no show, having waited over an hour. I have had a couple of bad drivers before, but by and large they are a good vendor.
