Richard was a great... - Richard was a great driver with a vast amount of information. He took us to the beautiful caves, rocky as hell boat ride, and to the cliffs. The water was choppy and many people visited. Please note the smell was terrible. The cliffs were beautiful!! We had an amazing lunch. Richard even helped serve the lunch.

Worth it, even in the foggy rain! - Our guide, Collin, was really nice and honestly gave one of the best historical narratives I’ve ever heard from any tour guide. At one point, he shared that he had been a history teacher just a year before switching to being a bus-driving tour guide. No wonder why his stories of Irish history were so engaging and interesting! We loved all three places we stopped, although the Aillwee cave tour felt a little rushed, but that’s because of the tight timeline we were on. The boat tour at the bottom of the Cliffs of Moher was next, and although the weather was rainy and cloudy, what we could see was still really nice. The water was really choppy because of the rain, so that was miserable for those with sensitive stomachs. And the final stop, the top of the Cliffs, was basically a dud because of the rain and clouds. When we booked the tour 5 days earlier, there was very little chance of rain in the forecast, but that kept getting worse day by day. I guess in Ireland, you just got to be prepared for rain. This was the longest tour I ever took, from 7:15 am to 8:45 pm. And that’s despite the fact that there was only one time where we had to wait an extra five minutes for a couple who were late to the bus. With a trip this long, you’ll want to come prepared with some snacks or sandwiches and some water, as well as something to read if you’d like.

Second is a charm - The boat tour to the Cliffs was cancelled. They arranged us (with our consent) to the cliffs again via the bus. Mother nature at the Cliffs, viewing the water waving power is never bored .. All is good

Sick People Stay Home - First off, the tour was great. The driver was interesting, kind and funny. The problem I have is with the couple who were noticeably sick and coughing, sneezing and blowing their noses the entire trip. A little over two days later, I am sick with the same symptoms. I’m spending $10k on a vacation that is partially ruined by two extremely careless/rude people. I assume that the rest of the people on the tour are likely sick now as well.

Required trip when in Ireland - Smallish group tour. What a great surprise. If you only do one tour in Ireland, this is probably the one. So many unforgettable moments. The sights while driving, the cave, the cliffs, the boat ride....it was amazing. Highly recommend.

Must See! - Our tour guide, Mick, was excellent. We had some trouble with the weather but he did his best to roll with it and we still had a great time! The cliffs are a must see!

Not very well organized. ... - Not very well organized. Right away at meeting point was yelled at by a man holding a sign for the tour- but not at my scheduled time--- if he had asked I would have told him, but all he wanted to do was delegate. I had enough time originally to grab a quick bit to eat, but because of this "mix up"- I had to wait until we stopped quick on the bus ride out. We had 20 min to go to the bathroom/get food- I had to leave my Mcdonalds order- as I didnt have enough time to wait for it to come out, before we had to leave. Every tour we stopped for- there was no announcement about what was happening or where, or when. We all had to guess and just follow the tour guide around- he didnt seem to know what was happening either. He really didnt provide much of any history or information on anything throughout the day. Apparently there was supposed to be food offered for some of the guests on the tour- the tour guide had no idea how any of that worked, and kept repeating that nothing had been organized- and then he tried to call the pubs in the town we were approaching- but was allegedly told that they were all full.... and so around 1245 in the afternoon he proceeded to tell all of us we wouldnt have a chance to eat "lunch"- until after the boat tour- which was at 2pm- (thankfully I grabbed some food at the cave- or I wouldnt have eaten anything ALL DAY). After the boat tour- we went to Moher guest center and finally was able to grab some food at their one food court areas- this was around 445 PM. One word of advice to anyone who takes this tour- make sure you bring along snacks!!! --- also if you get seasick easily, I would advise not to take- the boat ride was pretty WILD! But worth the view!
