A pleasant way to spend the day. - We loved every minute of this tour! There were nine of us (6 adults and 3 kids 11, 9 and 7). The tour was very well organized and our tour guide, Norman, took great care of us. Our train accommodations were excellent as was our tour bus. The time at each destination was good (although you could easily spend an entire day at Blarney Castle).

Family trip - It was excellent. Taking the train out of Dublin was a great way to see the countryside. Our tour guide Norman was excellent. While on the train ride, he told us more details about what we would be seeing and doing for the day. Along the way he pointed out sights and particular places that we would be passing and might want to take a picture of. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and really made the tour a great experience!

Highly recommended! - I took this tour with my husband and my son, and we had a great time! The tour was really well organized, and our guides were knowledgeable and friendly. We went with Brian, Alex, and John. When my son mentioned that he wanted to go to the ocean while we were in Dublin, John suggested going to Howth and gave us directions on our map. He also showed us where to find some antique shops in Dublin. We had plenty of time at Blarney Castle, and that was important to me. We highly recommend this tour!

I’m rating this as a four... - I’m rating this as a four star simply based on the amount of travel and length of the day. Other than that, the sightseeing, the guide and experience was fantastic! Be prepared for a 15 hour day, however still worth it.

It is a great tour, it is... - It is a great tour, it is a long day though. I would have given it 5 stars however our train journey back from Cobh turned into a bus ride half way and it wasn’t a great bus! Our tour guide Andrew was a wealth of information, friendly and had a great sense of humour. Would highly recommend this tour!
