Excellent tour beautiful coastline - This is a 12 hour tour that was very comfortable in the sprinter van we were picked up in. Patrick was an excellent tour guide and provided lots of history both ancient and recent. The cliffs were incredible and it was such good weather that we took the ferry and were able to see them from the bottom which was incredible. We also toured Bunratty castle which was also interesting. Ireland is such a beautiful country!!!

Cliffs of Moher scenic trip - It was a long day but very enjoyable. The driver broke it up with little stops along with the Longer stops. There was good information about each of the stops. My highlight was that he took the scenic route back and that was a highlight for me as I love the ocean scenery. The weather cooperated once we were out of Dublin so we had a great day.

Don’t miss it! - A truly wonderful experience!! Our small group tour ended up essentially being a private tour as just my daughter and I were booked. I was so impressed it wasn’t cancelled! Mick, our tour guide, was absolutely amazing. He modified the tour adding in additional sites for us and even gave us an option to add in a ferry ride to see the cliffs of Moher from the water. Mick was very knowledgeable, shared tons of information, and was clearly passionate about the history of Ireland. We highly recommend it!

Great way to see more of Ireland - Our guide Peter was the best he knew so much and was very nice and could tell he loved his job. We brought a back pack with snacks and water but he stopped enough where you can buy things along the way as well. He ran the day perfectly and got us the the cliffs before the weather came in. The day went by so quickly and was perfect to see the country side and get out of the city. Highly recommend this small group tour

Do This! - We had a wonderful, easy, breathtaking day with tour guide Collin. The small group was most definitely the way to go. Pack a good balaclava if going in cooler temps. Would 100% recommend.

Terrible Experience. Driver never arrived. Fraud. Stay away from this Tour provider. - Terrible Experience. Fraud. Stay away from this Tour provider.
The story:
I arrived at the agreed location, Merrion Hotel, on May 4th, 2025, at 8:05 AM. Pickup was supposed to happen at 8:30AM. Prior to this, I had confirmed the meeting point with the tour provider via phone call the night before, due to discrepancies in the confirmation email. See attached picture below. Upon arrival, I waited for the driver, but he never showed up.
At 8:35 AM, I contacted the tour provider to report the driver's absence. The agent I spoke with, "Daniel" (who declined to provide his last name or an agent id), assured me that he would contact the driver and call me back. However, after waiting for 10 minutes without receiving a call back, I dialed again at 8:47 AM. This time, I was informed that he was unable to reach the driver and requested that I wait a bit longer. Two minutes later, I received a call stating that the driver was already at the hotel and that I was not present, resulting in the bus departing without me.
I then called Tripadvisor line at 8:58AM to report the incident. The agent promised to look into the issue and asked to proving evidence that I was at a location at the appropriate time. Luckily, I had a few pictures of a surrounding buildings that I took waiting.
No refund yet... awaiting customer service response. Will follow up on this review upon resolution.
