This experience offers an introduction to the fascinating fusion of Science and Nature, guided by the distillery experts in Dublin 8. At the Gin School: Distilling Academy, participants will have the opportunity to craft their own unique spirit, whether it be Gin or Vodka, by selecting from over 120 botanicals, ranging from traditional to the unusual.
While the spirit is being distilled, guests will enjoy a tour of Stillgarden Distillery, witness a demonstration of cutting-edge lab equipment, and take part in a Cocktail Masterclass to learn how to make Stillgarden’s signature drinks at home. Tickets include drinks and special tastings throughout the event, a historical journey, botanical explorations, discovery moments, and a charcuterie board. The experience culminates with the creation of a personalized bottle of spirit, distilled by the participant, to be enjoyed repeatedly.
