While some claim that ‘Nature doesn’t work in straight lines,’ they haven’t seen the Giant’s Causeway. This area boasts over 40,000 interlocking basalt columns, mostly hexagonal, with up to eight sides. This breathtaking landscape appears to be crafted by giants but is entirely natural, formed by the slow cooling of lava millions of years ago. • The Dark Hedges - As the third stop of the day, The Dark Hedges attracts visitors from around the world. Known as one of Ireland’s most iconic roads, this avenue leads to Gracehill House, built around 1775. • Titanic Distillers At Thompson Dock - Situated beside the vast dry dock that once housed the Titanic Ocean Liner, this distillery is Belfast’s first whiskey distillery to open since prohibition. The history of Thompson Dock, where the distillery is located, is shared during the whiskey tour, transitioning from ships to whiskey. Guests will learn about whiskey-making in Ireland and why this distillery is the first operational one in Belfast in over 90 years.
