Between the cliffs - It was a beautiful day, the guide gave us great tips on places to visit and Dublin, as well as providing us with some interesting information about Ireland.

Beautiful experience ❤️ - We liked the tour and it definitely deserves, the guide was a very nice girl, I don't remember the name but she was very kind.
Galway nice to look at, very small in an hour and a half is open but you get there at a time that the shops are still closed and when they open it's already time to leave.
The cliffs of Moher instead deserve so much, a beautiful and wonderful view, the only negative note there is little time available, I understand that the hours by bus are many but when we got there we had time (1.45 min) to turn only part of the cliff and also at a fast pace, I would rather spend less time in Galway and more at the cliffs but this is my opinion that does not compromise the organization of the tour anyway.

Galway and Cliffs of Moher with family - The tour was very interesting, Giuliano the super nice guide guided us to the destinations telling us everything and explaining what we would see at each stage, also giving us good advice. The only negative note if you can say little time to the cliffs, the journey is long and the times are those. Super recommended a 'very nice experience.

Must-see tours in Ireland - Very interesting tour, although a bit long as a journey. First stop Galway, a beautiful town with many colorful clubs. Interesting the road that runs along the coast from Galway to the cliffs, about 80 km: great views of the coast and the countryside.
The guide and also driver of Italian origin, gave us a lot of information about life in Ireland, the city of Dublin (what to see, where to eat...) and the various villages we passed through.
The cliffs are spectacular, beautiful views; you have about two hours, enough to take a walking tour, also because the left path is short because most of it is closed. Beautiful one on the right that climbs up to a lookout tower and continues for a few hundred meters.

Great experience.... - We did this tour in Spanish without knowing the language (due to errors NOT due to Ireland en Espanol). Despite this, the driver/guide conveyed a great sympathy and passion for what he does. Always courteous and kind. Nothing to say. Perfectly organized trip... too bad we had to skip the stop at the Burren and we were not warned that part of the route to the Cliffs of Moher was closed (the path on the left is blocked after a hundred meters). Overall however it is an experience I recommend.

Cliff of Moher Visit - The Cliffs are "lots of stuff", there is no doubt, unfortunately our driver was Spanish and did not have much knowledge of the Italian language and perhaps for this reason it was not the "tour guide" we thought we would find. I made other day trips and we expected someone to at least describe the places where we passed, but we only had fragmentary information so that we had to check on Google maps our position is to search for what was around us. Ok look at the Green of Ireland, which fills your eyes with its own, but I wouldn't really call it a guided tour. In any case, who accompanied us, was a 5-star "driver", very good at driving.

That's bad. They cancel the experience 10 minutes before the meeting time. - Given that they are the most expensive ever: if it was worth it would have been fine.
Second day in Ireland and finally we are about to leave for the most anticipated excursion, the one that can not miss on a trip to this country: the cliffs of Moher.
Coming here and not going would be like a Japanese going to Rome and not seeing the Colosseum.
So early rise without being able to enjoy breakfast at the hotel, to be able, as requested by the agency, to go abundantly in advance to the meeting point from where you should have left by 7.30 am on Sunday, July 27, 2025.
All the buses from a thousand other agencies arrive but ours can't be seen.
Their bus arrives but it is for a tour in Spanish: they tell us to wait for ours to arrive.
Slowly the many waiting people get on their buses and we remain only about thirty stunned Italians.
Then all of a sudden, at 7:18 a.m., this email arrives to everyone:
"Dear customer,
We are sorry to inform you that today's guide is ill and unable to make the tour, so we are forced to cancel it, refunding the full amount and offering you a free seat in the Wicklow and Glendalough Mountains Tour which will depart from this very spot at 09:30.
Please confirm your participation."
Obviously I refused the exchange and was refunded within a few days, but that is not the point.
It is unacceptable that a serious tour operator could find himself in such a situation without having a plan B, or rather an escort, if he had also been in English.
I understand the unforeseen potential but not the cancellation made minutes before leaving.
There is no way that tourists on the last day of Ireland, like many of those present that morning, missed out on the best experience of the journey because of such incompetence.
For that day I managed to do something else and reschedule the trip to the cliffs with another tour operator, but many of our other companions in misfortune could not.
By the way I had booked and paid for another tour with them, the one in Kilkenny, which in mid-July I was also cancelled for lack of useful number of bookings.
I'd say relying on this agency was not a good choice.
Never again!
