An great day in the water… - Shawna picked us up early and was a great driver. She pointed out sites on the way and was very knowledgeable about the island and its people. The crew for our snorkel trip were pleasant and helpful. We never felt rushed and it was clear they stayed focused on accountability for all the patrons. We liked the channel (2nd stop) best…Abundant coral formations and loads of sea life. They offered cold water, fruit juice, watermelon and local rice bread during the trip. All in all we had a great time and enjoyed our snorkel trip.

Super snorkel - We were picked up just outside the port at Mahogony Bay. Short walk uphill. Great instructions and easy to find our ride. We were only ones from our ship and joined 6 more from Coxen Hole ships. Shauna was good driver and told about the area as we drove to north side of island. Met the boat with Bruno and Wilmer as our guides. Only 8 tourists. We spent extra time at all 3 spots. At the shipwreck, our guys waited a few minutes until the other boats with lots of people left the area and we were the only ones there to explore the wreck. Once back on board, we were invited to jump off the upper deck. Great fun in the beautiful clear water. As we headed back to the dock, we had water, watermelon slices, and some homemade bread. Really feel that the day was personal. Highlight of our cruise. Left the boat dock and Shauna took us to the animal rescue to see the sloths, macaws, monkeys, and guinea pigs. Got back to ship in plenty of time.

Recommend This Experience - My wife and I had an excellent day with our guide, Blake. We visited the Monkey and Sloth Park, then went out snorkeling. The ocean was beautiful and clear. We saw a shipwreck, the reef, many colorful fish and a bunch of Starfish. Very pleased with this tour. Highly recommended.

An absolute memory making adventure! - What a great experience, and sooo worth the money we spent! Shanda was a lovely driver who chatted about the island and answered our questions as she drove us to the different locations. She brought us to see the sloths (MUST VISIT!) as well as monkeys, parrots, guinea pigs, and the guides made it very interactive. You’ll be able to handle and pet the animals, even as you learn about them, and you’ll get some great pictures and videos. Then the snorkeling! We’ve snorkeled in various different islands, but this was some of the best. The guides provided not just equipment and instructions, but water, snacks, fruit drinks, and watermelon. The 3 different locations allowed for a focus on starfish, then a deep reef (excellent fish and coral…we also chased after a manta ray), as well as a shipwreck, with more coral and beautiful fish. The guides were helpful and watchful but gave us lots of freedom and also allowed for lots of time to swim. Later we even got to dive off the top level of the boat! It was an excellent adventure, and absolutely a memory maker. We highly recommend this trip. Five stars hands down!😃

Great stops - The three stops were all very different: the first for starfish, the second for the blue channel which was really special (to see the coral reef and then just a vast expanse of blue where it drops off a cliff), and the shipwreck. More expensive than some other snorkeling tour on the island but seemed worth it to me.

Snorkeling Honduras - Thank you so much! We loved having Reny as our driver!!!! He told us details about Honduras! He shared his family stories! He drove us to where we asked to stop quickly! He was excellent! I will return to Honduras!!! Also I forgot to mention the snorkeling…what a guide! The person on the boat was great explaining sites. The person in the water with me as a first time snorkeler was phenomenal!!!!! I was a bit panicked when I jumped in as not a swimmer, but with his gentle guidance and a float under me he guided me safely through. He dove under water and brought up shells, fish, crabs, pointed out lobster & told me of the fish! I’m so glad I went! The money was worth every cent!

Very touristy and hectic - The organisation was fine but we were just put on a boat with a bunch of other tourists and every stop we made was very rushed. We could not really take our time to take our photos or explore a bit. For that price you'd get more out of a tour locally booked on a stand.

NIGHTMARE - Today 2/22/26, I am writing to request a refund for the above trip. There were NO safe flotation devices for people who do not swim strongly, therefore we did not receive the services provided by trip advisor. We are not strong swimmers. Telling me to ‘put something under my arms’ , is not ok. We were diverted back after a child was bitten by something and my friend took on ALOT of water. In fact he was in ICU and continues rehab to this day. Yes, I deserve a refund for services not tendered.
