AMAZING EXPERIENCE! - AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We were taken (family of 4 including 11y old boy) care of by the agency immediately after the ship arrived and quickly transported to the park. The zip lines themselves were a fascinating experience - fast and long, and a lot of fun. It’s a pity that we made a mistake during the reservation and didn’t include the additional walk through the park. However, relaxing on the beach was also great. It was wonderful that the company provided a safe area with changing rooms, access to pools, and other facilities. I definitely recommend it, especially compared to the excursions offered directly from the cruise ships. We went early in the morning, and thanks to that our group was very small and intimate (only 10 people). When we were leaving, we could see that many more people had arrived for the zip lines.

It was a blast - We all had a teriffic time. We all felt safe and the crew looked after all of us. The only thing that was missed was an opportunity for the company to make some money by recording and selling a digital video of our time zipping. Thanks for the personal care to all of of group. It was a blast.

You’ll love it!! - Diggs & Captain Sparrow are the best! beautiful ziplines with water features and jungle. We also saw some cool wildlife! highly recommend.

A nice zip line experience through the jungle. - We had a nice experience on this tour, though they’re a bit aggressive for tips. For reference, the zip lines are a bit shorter than what you find in some places. Nonetheless, it was a nice tour. I’d recommend it.

Waited for a long time in... - Waited for a long time in the sun for the excursion to start. About 1 hour . Other than that it was great zip lining was amazing and the beach had a pool and playground for the kids to enjoy.

I booked a tour through Agoda, but they never showed up for the scheduled pickup. After multiple attempts to contact them, I finally reached someone who was not only rude but blatantly dishonest—claiming he had waited in the lobby and left, which was completely false. What followed was appalling: the representative began using profanity and, shockingly, called me a “terrorist” based solely on my name. This kind of racist and abusive behavior is unacceptable and deeply offensive. No one should be subjected to such treatment. I strongly urge others to avoid this company. Their conduct was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory and hostile.
