Awesome! - Everyone was so great. The young men that were running the zipline were so fun and took care of everyone from young to old. Our guide at the animal sanctuary was amazing. He was so nice and awesome! Can't say enough good things about everyone. Our guide stayed with us and got us to all the places safely and stayed with us. She was great also.

Fun adventure with the family - We had a great time. The whole family enjoyed it and our young boys had a blast (even the 5 year old). Zip line was fun with lots of lines through the scenery. Guides were fun and let us jump and flip and enjoy the lines without being sticklers. Monkeys and sloths etc were cool to experience. Beach was on the West side. The drive was easy and our driver was professional sweet lady that took good care of us. The beach itself was pretty busy with a lot of vendors. Sand and water were great. Not a lot of snorkeling right off shore, you’d need to hire a boat driver.

Best way to experience Roatan! - Our experience with this excursion and MJ Tours was amazing. Alvin was our tour guide and he was the best! Alvin was so friendly, knowledgeable, made us feel safe and taken care of, and really just made our day about us and what we wanted to do! The Zip-Line was a whole course that our family loved. It was a fun, adventurous way to see Roatan! The animal sanctuary was one of the best experiences of our lives and probably the coolest thing we have ever done. The monkeys were so cute and fun and holding the sloth was so sweet. West Bay Beach was beautiful and our favorite beach we went to on our cruise. Alvin made sure to watch our stuff so we could all go in the water and have fun! Thanks to Alvin and MJ Tours, we left our vacation with the best memories in Roatan and with Roatan being our favorite stop on the cruise.

Great family activity - Wa had a great overall experience. From the booking with Michelle, to the tour itself with our driver, Erick, we had a wonderful time! Erick was listening to our wants and needs and took great care of us throughout the whole tour! He also made sure we came back to port on time which made us at ease during the tour. Erick was a really great guide, explaining to us certain things about the island and describing to us our surroundings. We would totally recommend this tour.

Wonderful day! - The activity was well organized and everything we did fully reflected our expectations. The zipline was great fun, the encounter with sloths exciting, the beach wonderful. I highly recommend!

Awesome trip with MJ tours. - The zip line was awesome. We had a 72 year old, 68 year old and a 9 year old. We all had an awesome time. Our zip line guides were so much fun and very helpful. We didn’t see the sloth so was sad about that but we saw the monkeys and the guide there was terrific as well as our driver. The beach was okay - a bit cramped but we did see fish and coral. Driver was EXCELLENT!! Thanks everyone.

Best Tour in Roatan - My sister and I booked with MJ Tours and Mishelle was absolutely amazing. She picked us up from our hotel in the West End and took us straight to the zip line, monkey, sloth and parrot sanctuary. It was fantastic! From there we went to the West End Bay Beach. The water and weather were both perfectly beautiful. Mishelle gave us 3.5 hours to have lunch, swim and sun bathe. We highly recommend this tour with Mishelle.

Perfect Day with MJ Tours - We almost didn’t book an excursion in Roatan and I’m so glad we changed our minds at the last minute! MJ Tours in Roatán couldn’t have been more perfect! It’s a small family run business and they are completely dedicated to their customers. Michelle was super quick to respond on Facebook messenger when I needed to ask a question about our start time, and then when we ended up getting off the ship much earlier than expected she was already there waiting and ready for us! The zip line experience was so much fun and the zip line guides were hilarious very personable. Our family with kids from 5-12 years old (plus 2 adults) all loved it. The monkeys were crazy but again, lots of fun. Bananarama Resort in West Bay Beach was beautiful and the staff was super friendly. The food was wonderful and they had everything from classic American to traditional Caribbean food. The coconut shrimp with rice and beans was amazing. Michelle was with us the entire day and made sure we stayed on schedule. Not only did we get extra time at the beach since she so graciously started our tour early, she made sure that we left the beach in time to get back to our ship without any trouble. It was so nice to just enjoy the island and not pay any attention to the time. Michelle and her family were born and raised in Roatan and had so much to share about the island and Honduras. The island was so friendly and safe. We felt completely at ease the entire time. Almost everyone spoke English. When we needed to stop at the pharmacy to help one of our kids with a rash, Michelle was able to speak with the pharmacist and get us what we needed. It was truly a full service experience! Helpful things to know: - Michelle had cold water for us at the end of the zip line/animal tour so there is no need to pack your own. We purchased additional food and drink later on at the beach. - You are in a private car the whole time so anything you bring you can leave in the car when not using (i.e. towels and a backpack) - it’s clearly listed on her website, but don’t forget cash to pay for lunch and leave a tip. You will absolutely want to tip the zip line boys and Michelle!! - There are paid photo services available while zip-lining and with the animals, but they are not pushy and you are welcome to take your own if you prefer. They will gladly take group pictures for you. Michelle will stop at view points as you drive for photos. - You are very safe on the island. It’s not the same as Honduras mainland, which many people don’t know. Book with MJ Tours, you won’t regret it!

Excellent guide. Very friendly service - Booked the Zipline/Monkey/West Beach package with MJ Tours. The Zip line experience was amazing. 24 total lines and even though it was pouring rain during the first 30 minutes, the crew made it lively and entertaining. The Monkey/sloth sanctuary was only ok. Got to hold the animals but it was way too crowded and the staff did not keep things moving. West beach was also nice but the restaurant we were taken to was pricey. $100 for a small pizza, chicken wings and fried fish/chicken plate. Our guide Jose Miguel was the best. Excellent service.
