Excellent tour - The excursion through Cozumel was a real gem. Each stop was more beautiful than the last: spectacular scenery, crystal clear waters and a Caribbean vibe that falls in love. Everything was super well organized and we had an amazing time. Definitely an experience I would repeat!

Unlimited adventure by Cozumel in Jeep: an amazing experience! - We rented a Jeep in Cozumel for the day and it was a fantastic way to get to know the island at our own pace. We loved the sense of freedom: we drove along the coastal road, explored lesser-known beaches and had time to stop where we wanted, without relying on a fixed tour. The Jeep was clean, well maintained and with a removable roof, which made the ride even more fun. The service was excellent, very punctual and with clear explanations. If you like to explore on your own and live the island to the fullest, this is a must-see option.

Lost in Cozmel - Location is very difficult to find. We received wrong directions, walked for 35minutes, then took a taxi. Cosmel has two port locations. When booking we said what ship and because they said 15 minutes walk it was not problem. Very disappointed

Bad jeep rental experience on Cozumel - Based on past great experiences with Viator, I didn't expect any less from our Jeep rental on Cozumel, so I was badly disappointed when we met Omar from Roosters Car Rental and discovered our Jeep was in horrible condition - missing rear window, cracked windshield and side view mirrors, unusable rearview mirror, no spare, non-working seatbelts in front passenger and rear driver's side seats. The tires were badly worn and to top things off, it had so little fuel in it we weren't sure we were going to make it back to the drop off spot. My friend and I rode in the back seat and, within minutes, were sick from the fumes coming in due to the missing rear window. All in all, not a very pleasant experience!
