Highly recommend! - The host was very responsive to any query we had. Our driver was so informative and helpful in making sure we reached perfectly on time to checkin early for the Overland Track without delay. The host was kind to go out of the way and help us out with fuel too. Highly recommend them for your travel to and from Cradle Mountain.

Walls of Jerusalem transfers . Easy , efficient and excellent. - David and Rosemary from E Guide made our transfers from Launceston to Walls of Jerusalem and return easy . The Admin was prompt and gave us clear details. The driver David was very punctual , informative and the vehicle was comfortable. We had a fabulous 5 day walk , but we were glad to see David at the end to take us back to civilization.

Friendly, efficient and professional - I engaged David for private transfers to and from Cradle Mountain after reading so many recommendations across the Internet and I have to say - the experience of organising a transfer on my own, first time visiting Tasmania without any access to a car, couldn't have been any smoother. David/Rosemary were both always very quick and responsive over email, graciously provided suggestions on my travel itinerary, and went one step further even, kindly offering a discount on one of my transfers which I had booked several months ahead but were unable to meet the minimum no. of pax for, as they understood it could be difficult finding passengers for that route. I'm willing to wager not very many companies out there would go out of their way to be so accommodating in such situations. David/Rosemary were also both very patient with my numerous queries I had visiting a land that was totally foreign to me with the difficulties I had without a car. Thank you both and Howard sincerely for being a part of making my first visit to Tassie smooth and without any hitches! I will most definitely be in contact for my next trip to Tasmania in future. Highly recommended!

Great service - Friendly, efficient service. Booking was easy, communication good, and drivers on time for both transfers. We particularly appreciated the baggage storage and availability of gas for the camping stove, as we couldn't take ours on the plane. I would 100% use this company again .

Great Crew, Great Communication, would recommend! - David was incredibly prompt with communication. Ian, the driver, was full of great yarns and fun facts about the area. Both absolutely a pleasure to deal with. David did me an incredible favour at last minute which saved me such a hassle. I'm not sure I would've gotten the same reception from other companies - if eGuide do your route - do not go past them, 100% of a high recommendation from me.

Overland track transfers 5 stars - David and the team were wonderful. Our trip was delayed and they had no issues changing our booking as requested. The transport was on time from Launceston to overland track and the driver was waiting upon our arrival to lake st Claire to take us back to Launceston. 5 stars

A great start and finish to our Overland Track adventure - Fantastic service both to Cradle Mountain with Marie, and then from Lake St Clair with Ian. Special thanks to Ian for bringing my boots to our hotel after I'd left them in the vehicle, and to David and Rosemary for helping with my queries before our trip. Launceston to Cradle Mountain transfer for Overland Track hike - This was our second transfer with eGuide. Our last one was 2 years ago to the Walls of Jerusalem and back with David. This one was from Launceston to Cradle Mountain with Marie to do the Overland Track. The trip was well priced and Marie was very accommodating with pick up time and allowing a short stop for supplies along the way, and very interesting to chat to along the way. We had planned to travel with eGuide from Lake St Clair to Hobart at the end, but following a change of plans on our part, eGuide was not able to accommodate us with a direct transfer a day later. They went above and beyond though, by still holding our spare luggage and leaving it for us at Lake St Clair which was a huge help to us. We were very happy with the communication and service provided, and will be sure to book with eGuide again on our next hiking trip to Tassie.
