A great way to see the city! - We got the minibus tour and it was an incredible experience. It stops at all the Ferdinand churches, Palacio de Viana, and lots of other interesting monuments. A tour of the Mosque-Cathedral is included as part of it, and the patios are well worth visiting. One of the tour operator staff, Helio, is so lovely and was happy to answer any questions. He also went out of his way to show us where one of the monuments are.

Highly recommended - The best we could buy. Super complete. We took the pack 48 hours with guided tour of the Mosque and guided tour of the Jewry. I highly recommend it. Alejandro, staff we met for the first time behind the Mosque, came just after seeing us at the stop and explained the whole operation in detail. The two days has given us tips and facilities for excursions and bus routes, both big and small inside. See that we ask him things, for he always with a cheerful word for everything. Thank you very much. The visit to the Mosque very pleasant with Angela. I explain many facts, dates, names and always in good ways and with ease. Too bad we couldn't stay at the end of the explanation. We lacked time to enjoy it on our own. Approx 1 hour. The visit to the Jewry was with Antonio. Another hit. I explain many details and anecdotes that if you go free you do not appreciate. It lasts about an hour, which passed very quickly. We couldn't get into the Synagogue because it closes in the afternoons in summer. But we went the next day and looked at what he had explained the day before. And although we do not know the names of the drivers of the minibuses, say of them that in both cases they were telling us curiosities, legends and recommending places to eat, dine, drink. The bus routes have been perfect. We have moved from one point of Cordoba to another with them. In some cases we had to wait 10 minutes and at other times it arrived as we approached the stop. I guess we have been lucky, but organizing the visits and trying to square the stop times, is a good tool to tour and get to know more places in Cordoba. 48 hours is activated the first time you get on the bus, you get a card that's the one you have to show each time you get on. Also a headset that you should keep for all times. If you go a couple of days I recommend it.

Enlightening and fun! - Fernando Aguilera, our driver was simply the best. But so was Andres our guide for the Jewish quarters. I hope I have their names right!!! What a wonderful experience and the best way to get as many important sights in, a short period of time. Great value and top info. Highly recommended!!!

Bus tour to see the - It was good for first timers to see the layout of the city and a quick history info. I would recommend the Bug Bus than the smaller van as you can see better during the tour.

Nice tours, not crowded - Two routes - one on a big bus and one on a small one through the old narrow streets. Both are excellent and convenient, although the big bus is quite infrequent and its timetable is more fiction than reality. We like these overview tours as a way of orienting to a city, especially given some mobility issues. Would rate excellent if frequency were better and timetable more reliable.

Expensive waste of time - Thus your was an expensive waste of time. The tour guide would occasionally point and say the name of a plaza or patio but offer no other context or information but most of the time he pointed and said nothing. It’s too bad as the town seemed charming and interesting and we would have enjoyed learning more. We eventually got off and walked back to the hotel…instead 120 euros we could have taken a taxi to the same point and we’d have been happier.

Never got the tickets - Never received the tickets. Put them on my credit card and we had to go to a kiosk and purchased the tickets again. Would like a credit.

Disappointing experience and poor customer service - Our experience with a red bus (long route) in Cordoba after purchasing a ticket online: First off, I wanted to make use of the 10% discount you get when you show your ticket from a previous city. Unfortunately, we walked by 3 stops and there was no representative from City Sightseeing in sight. Ended up buying online and walking to stop 1 of the route (as it was close and we thought that would make sense). When we got there, there was a sign saying that that stop was cancelled for the red route and we should walk to stop 16. This is me (35y, f) and my 4-year old daughter, in rainy/windy and cold weather. None of this was notified in the app. At stop 16, the bus was nearly 20 minutes late (compared to the schedule shown in the app) and again, there was no representative from City Sightseeing to be seen. Once we got on the bus, the vast majority of the audio-outlets did not work. This was clearly known to the company upfront as many of them were visibly broken or even taped over. Even with only a handful of passengers on board, we were unable to find an available, working outlet. In addition, our driver did not announce any stops, so together with the fact that the audio did not work, we barely had an idea where we were. It felt like a very expensive public bus. We had a great experience with City Sightseeing in Sevilla but this really felt like a rip-off. I submitted a complaint through Whatsapp and the online website form and received disappointing responses that only related to the fact that the bus was late (apparently due to local events) and that stop 1 was still operational for the micro-bus route (which I never contested). None of the other points were addressed. I paid €25 and received a ridiculous €5 refund. Very disappointing customer service and not worth the money at all.

A taxi is cheaper - A scam!!!! With a frequency of one hour you spend more time waiting for the bus than seeing Córdoba It's not worth it. Until half past nine, the first one doesn't start and at six, they cut Considering the time in the stops it is best to go kicking that the center of Cordoba is not very big Do not give option for a reasonably priced return Expensive and a service with few buses. The employees are friendly

A real shame - Very careful because on their "Cordoba Pass" cards they offer and CHARGE the San Basilio patios that are COMPLETELY FREE. In addition in the brochure they offer a guided tour of them that they do not perform later. After almost an hour waiting at the meeting point, no one showed up. Ane our surprise and after calling the information phone, where we are told that it is not guided but that they have "concerted" a few yards to visit we go to them, where they tell us that they have nothing to do with this company and that the visit is completely free. We felt completely ripped off. In the face of our complaints, we have been given a "partial" refund of 11 euros in total for three cards of two days .As if that compensates for the face of an idiot and the feeling of having been cheated that you stay. And practically no apology for the time we were wasted and the feeling we had left. I have written to them again to express my anger and disappointment and they have not even replied. I will certainly never answer in this company again on my future trips. A real shame.
