- Bay of Kotor - Once across the Montenegro border, the journey continues along the UNESCO-listed Bay of Kotor, Europe’s southernmost fjord.
- Our Lady of the Rocks - Our Lady of the Rocks is one of two islets off the coast of Perast in the Bay of Kotor. This artificial island was created by a bulwark of rocks and by sinking old and seized ships loaded with rocks. Surrounded by the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea and facing the ancient Perast on the Kotor Bay coastline, this man-made islet is steeped in myths and legends. According to legend, sailors from Perast discovered a picture of the Virgin Mary on a rock protruding from the sea. Taking it as a good omen, they began laying rocks on this spot after every voyage, eventually building a church on top of the rocks. The islet was constructed by scuttling old ships and depositing stones around a small crag. The original church was built in the mid-15th century, later restructured and enlarged as the islet was reinforced over the centuries by both stone deposits and scuttled sailing ships to provide a larger and more stable base. A boat ride to the islet is included in the tour! Museum admission is not included.
- Perast - Arrival in Perast is expected at 10:00 am. This small town on the Bay of Kotor is one of the top destinations in this mountainous nation. The royal and historic Perast is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Boka Kotorska, located on Montenegro’s Adriatic coastline. Remains from as early as the Neolithic Age have been found around Perast, making it the earliest inhabited area in Boka Kotorska. The town’s extraordinarily rich cultural heritage is evident in numerous historic sites built in white stone. Splendid baroque palaces reflect the town’s golden age from the 17th to 18th century. There are 19 palaces in Perast, most of them built in the baroque style. One of the oldest preserved palaces is the Brajkovic Martinovic Palace, built in the early 17th century. The palace features the only completely preserved salon in Perast, with a first floor decorated in the style of Napoleon II, including original furniture.
- Kotor - Historically known as Cattaro, Kotor is a coastal town in Montenegro, located in a secluded part of the Bay of Kotor. The city has a population of 13,510 and serves as the administrative center of Kotor Municipality. The old Mediterranean port of Kotor is surrounded by fortifications built during the Venetian period. It is situated on the Bay of Kotor (Boka Kotorska), one of the most indented parts of the Adriatic Sea. Although some have called it the southernmost fjord in Europe, it is actually a ria, a submerged river canyon. Together with the nearly overhanging limestone cliffs of Orjen and Lovćen, Kotor and its surrounding area create an impressive landscape. Enjoy free time from 12:30 to 16:00 to explore the treasures of Kotor. One recommended attraction is the cable car to Mount Lovćen. The scheduled return to Dubrovnik is at 4:00 pm, with an expected return transfer duration of 3 hours.
