- Capocolonna - Known as one of the most renowned sacred sites in the Mediterranean, the Heraion Lakinion was centered around the grand sanctuary dedicated to the goddess Hera Lacinia. This Doric-style temple, with a rectangular layout of 6x19 columns, dates back to the 5th century BC. Today, only one column with its stylobate remains.
