Fantastic Day all around from Start to Finish - Loved this excursion. Great for all ages. Would not recommend to anyone who gets motion sick as you are on open water for a good part of the tour. Boat to British Virgin Islands takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes - the Baths were not crowded when we were there which made them that more impressive - I can imagine it would not have been the same experience if a Cruise Ship were in town. Trip price includes everything except a tip. Capt. ReEmo and Eric were fantastic! I was overly impressed at the safety protocols they followed and adhered to. Snorkeling spot was fantastic - much better than expected. Open Bar on boat ride back to St. John. Clearing customs was a breeze. PACKING: As far as what to bring on board - you really don't need much. They provide snorkel gear and towels. You pack - Sunglasses and hat, Camera or Phone, Water bottle, small bag with Passport, Sunscreen, Credit Card or Cash if you plan to buy anything from the tourist vendors and maybe a 2nd layer if you get cold. I had a beach bag that I left on board majority of the time - and used a fanny pack/sling bag during the hike. I carried a water bottle on the hike - but wished I had not since you need both hands when climbing thru some of the passageways. A small water bottle that fit in fanny pack would have been better or none at all. Shoes are not allowed on the boat - barefoot only. They collect all shoes as you board and have them ready for you each time you disembark. Hiking the Baths and Rocks in flip flops was not easy - while the hike is easy - you are in water quite a bit and wet flip flops are slippery - I took mine off and went barefoot. No problems. Note: Make sure you do bring some sort of footwear (flipflops/slides etc) as shoes are required to clear customs. Overall, Great Operation, Great Crew and Fantastic Day all around. PS - if you don't have an international plan on your phone - make sure to turn off Roaming as you leave St. John dock.

Best Excursion Ever - Our crew was great!!! Spence, Matt and Riley took care of everything and we just enjoyed ourselves. Boat was super clean including the head. Drinks were amazing and a really great selection not just rum punch. Food at the top of the Baths was amazing. I would recommend them anytime.

Family excursion - The highlight of our week. Relaxing time as we traveled to the baths. Requested a special song to be played and he made that happen. Very special to me.

Awesome trip! Great staff! 10/10 - Great experience, the staff were fantastic and knowledgeable. Breakfast was quick and easy but not extravagant, as expected on a boat. Lunch was great with incredible views of Virgin Gorda. I’ve done these types of excursions in other places and this was the most well-run and fun experience yet. 10/10 would recommend.

Gotta do it once. - The crew was very good and the trip was fun. Snorkeling was awesome. The baths were cool but underwhelming. The food was ready for us when we got there and it was hot and exactly what we ordered. Great crew who clearly loved their jobs.

Some good stuff, some bad. - This is a good tour, but not the best for these reasons: The boat is very loud compared to a catamaran, but it is comfortable. It is very warm at the bath area, and there’s a lot of trail, steep, rocky, and slippery to maneuver, and, if there are any seniors, it can be difficult. quite the walk down the trail, then, of course, there’s back up! Through the baths and caves, ladders have to be used, so there’s that also. The beaches you go to to swim are gorgeous however, and the lunch is fantastic, really. Snorkel stops proved to be a waste as so much of the reefs are dead, very little to see. Would I do it again, no, as the experience left me rather unsatisfied. However, the crew was wonderful and very helpful. Long expensive trip to somewhere rather ho hum!

Bring a small bag and a towel - things I wish I knew before this trip - Most of this trip is very beautiful and relaxing but there were some aspects of it which I was not prepared for - even though I had read the description, spoke to Cruz bay Watersports on the phone, and read several reviews on this site before booking the trip. From about 10am - 12pm you are off the boat for a hike through the baths, swimming, lunch and shopping. During this time you can’t have a large bag- you can only bring a small bag that won’t hinder your mobility during the hike. I recommend bringing a water resistant draw string bag to pack a light towel, wallet, water bottle, sunscreen and hat. The hike isn’t exactly a nature walk- parts of it are difficult. It’s steep at times both up and down and into very tight places between rocks and has very steep stairways, like ladders. They tell you to hold onto the rope with both hands, which is hard to do if you are carrying your water bottle and other things in your hand because you didn’t bring a small bag. Also there are places to go swimming during this hike and you’re also hiking in water, which I found uncomfortable without a towel. I specifically asked whether to bring towels and they said not to because towels are provided on the boat. But those towels are only for the snorkeling/swimming after lunch. I would have been so much more comfortable if I had known to bring a lightweight quick dry towel and a drawstring bag. There really should add this to the list of things to bring. Hiking through the rocks, especially the steep and tight places, was hard for me but even harder being wet and sandy and then it was uncomfortable remaining all wet during lunch. But the lunch was delicious, the time on the boat is wonderful, all the staff is so nice and helpful, the snorkeling and swimming is refreshing and beautiful and the open bar had delicious drinks. It’s a lovely day. I just wish I had been better prepared for the hike part.
