Very good service checking in/out. Found restrictions with glass bottom boat (leaving theckayak onshore not allowed) to be unhelpful, especially since using it to get close th the spring was not allowed. Also, found it to be fairlyvexpensive... the paddle itself was pleasant.

No one reported seeing a single manatee the entire day. Not in our group or any other groups of kayakers, SUPs and snorkeled so we were disappointed about that. Also, the water wasn’t clear or the beautiful blue seen in the pictures. When we launched the kayaks, I didn’t notice or realize the rudder was missing until halfway into our trip and it made paddling twice as hard (and frustrating). When we got back to the dock the guy said he knew about it. Lot of money to pay to be disappointed.

Understandable that manatees move around, still unable to find pods or clear water in order to view in a manageable setting. Would be nice to have clear areas or spots where water is more clear such as less traveled water. Guides gave
us a good spot to start far out but may be difficult for first timers. Saw a few but not more than 5 total.for 3 hours. Pictures and video doesn’t reveal true kayak experience, but understanding a promotion video.
