Once parked at Petes Pier Marina, Kacey's Custom Adventures office is just past the boat ramp, located at the beginning of the dock that leads to the Bait Shop. Weather permitting we will have our white flag flying.

Great Staff and a great experience - Saturday of vacation week was busy time in Kings Bay. The staff was excellent and friendly. I took my two grandkids for the clear kayak tour. The Guide was knowledgeable and friendly to all. 2 hours long and enjoyed every minute of it. They can’t guarantee a Manatee sight but in fact we saw three. It is a do again when less folks on the water.

fun family time - Family said it was a great experience and they would do this again- it was the busiest day of the year- 12/26 everyone was patient and explained everything - it was very busy with many bodies around- would try again a different day to see what it's like not around a holiday

Crystal River Magic - There are many group tours in Crystal River and they're all great. Sometimes - kayaking can be for the individual...or intimate group. If this is your thing (it is mine at times)...then Kacey's Custom Adventures if your go to. They offer tours which are awesome....but....if your looking for alone time....they will set you up with incredible equipment, top drawer service and information and get you ready for a truly enjoyable and enriching adventure. I saw many manatee with their guidance. Book a tour....book a solo kayak trip...you can't go wrong with Kacey's friendly and professional team....just do it!

Great day of paddling! - What a great day we had!! Kacey and her staff were friendly and efficient. They were ready for us when we arrived and got us moving forward with the necessary paperwork and informational video. The equipment was in top notch condition with the MOST COMFORTABLE seats we have ever used in a kayak. We got perfect directions at the dock and a laminated map to take with us. The paddling area was very nice, lots of manatees, birds and tarpon jumping out of the water. It was a great day on the water for our visiting family, THANKS, KACEY!

Amazing exeprience - So amazing a very nice experience. The water in the springs was super clear and the ride there was very enjoyable as well. The workers were super nice, we booked our appointment two hours before and it was all perfect! Definitely would go again

Best kayaking experience yet - It was so much fun (there were 7 of us) and the girls that assisted us were so helpful and explained everything to us to make our trip easy and fun we saw atleast 6 manatees and they get so close to you, it was amazing ✔️manatees off my bucket list but will so be doing it again we had a blast thanks girls I really appreciate all your help and kindness especially with my kids

Kacey's for superior quality, friendliness and value - Rental equipment is in great condition and the kayaks are of excellent quality. Was thrilled to support this business run by a young woman entrepreneur who understands that by offering a better quality kayak she will have repeat satisfied customers 😊 great map and input given to us. Parking was SO convenient as well. Super helpful and friendly staff.

March visit to Crystal River - Great trip with Kacey as our tour guide! Superb insight into manatee lifestyle & patterns, gorgeous day on the water. Got to see plenty of other animals like turtles & herons. Had a wonderful time! Would highly recommend.
