A great night! - Captain Andrew was amazing!! A wonderful experience! Will definitely return for another tour! Easy to find and a great value.

Excellent way to end a day - The boat was clean and comfortable. The captain and the crew were very friendly and we were taken to a beautiful spot for sunset pictures.

Great cruise - Captains were great and very knowledgeable. Made the trip fun and informative. Saw manatees, beautiful sunset and learned about the springs.

Sunset Cruise - Though it was a poor time of year to see manatees, we were able to see many seabirds and an eagle. The sunset was spectacular and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining.

Enjoyable "sunset" cruise, even without the sun! - Saw all parts of Plantation Bay. The sun only peeked out for a minute when we just started out on the "sunset" cruise but it was still fun. Wind kept it a little cool, so make sure you take a wind breaker or jacket. Saw eagles and dolphins and got a very informative talk during the cruise from the captains about the ecolgy of the bay and the springs.

GREAT Evening - Such a beautiful area and very enjoyable cruise. Staff was quite knowledgeable about the area with plenty of humor mixed in.

Very nice tour - Very nice cruise. Our guide was very good, funny and informative. Unfortunately sun turned to clouds so could not see many manatees but no control over that. I would Difinitely do it again and the price was very reasonable. I should throw in that this time of year, the noseeums and mosquitoes will eat you alive at that time of night so come prepared. 😂

What a disappointment! - We have DE requested a quote from planet cruise for a July 2026 departure EN. After consulting the reviews on this site we were very confident. Our DE arrived the day after the request and what a bad surprise!!! We had to book 2 interior cabins for a cruise EN Norway because the price was very interesting (600€/pers for 1 week). Our file was followed by Stéphane to whom we sent an email to understand the details of the quote (indoor cabin at 970€/pers) and asked to be contacted again. We received a first e-mail DE asking where we had seen the price of 600 euros/cabin. The site planete-croisiere.fr displayed on its 1st page DE reservation this price "EN déstockage". The teleadvisor makes us wait to do DE research to send us an email informing us that he did not find this promotion, he did not even make the effort to contact us by phone. DE therefore we called him to hear that this price DE 600 euros did not exist. This "Stéphane" (unpleasant enough) does not seem to know the site...After a while waiting for him to do his research, we reconnected on planet cruise and we found that the price DE 600 euros had increased to 800 euros whereas the day before and not even 1 hour before. the price was DE 600 euros!!! We are greatly disappointed by this site and this lack DE professionalism, we feel like it is a scam!

Don’t go without bug spray! - The no see-ums. It would be very nice for you as a company to forewarn future customers of the insect problem. Perhaps even provide some bug spray prior to departure. It was awful. All the kids were scratching; we could barely hear the guide because the bugs occupied attention.
