During this journey, the Captain and In-Water Guide will provide all the necessary information for interacting with these gentle creatures. Participants will learn fascinating manatee facts and behavioral patterns, and our captains, who are highly knowledgeable about the Crystal River and Florida’s manatees, will be available to answer any questions.

The tours include full wet suits, masks, snorkels, water, and towel service. All tours depart from our private onsite docks, which feature heated changing facilities and hot showers.

As industry leaders, it is our responsibility to ensure all tours are led by experts. Our Manatee snorkel tours are conducted by a USCG Captain and a licensed, insured dive professional. Our in-water experts are trained first responders, skilled in First Aid, CPR, AED administration, and in-water rescue. Both the Captain and guides are educated in manatee etiquette through the Manatee Eco Tourism Association, in collaboration with the United States Fish and Wildlife Service. This training enables us to lead the industry by providing the safest tours for both our guests and the manatees.
