Explore Cajas! - I had a great day in beautiful nature! I can highly recommend this tour with Marc and Marian from Explore Cajas, they are super nice and they know some nice spots normally no one else is going to. The hike (for me) was easy, not too long and almost flat most of the time.

Well worth the price. - I was fortunate in that I was the only guest on the day we trekked and Marc was my host. The hike delivered on all that was promised and more. Marc is very personable and knowledgeable. He is also willing to admit it when he doesn't know the answer to one's questions, which is refreshing. We hiked on a misty day, saw alpacas, mustangs, and other critters as well as spectacular vistas.

We drove to the first entrance from Cuenca, then hiked up the valley from there. We saw wild horses, llamas andalpaca. - Marc and Marian were great. This was am amazing hike in the Cajas. I feel like o really experienced it, not just a drive by to take pictures. Highly recommended.

An Enjoyable Way to Spend the Day! - We thoroughly enjoyed our day with Marc! We had been wanting to hike Cajas National Park and we were not disappointed. Marc is knowledgeable, kind and a pleasure to spend the day with. We saw beautiful flora and fauna; llamas, alpacas and wild horses. The sceneries are absolutely gorgeous with serene lake, flowing streams and rivers, towering mountains and lush cloud forest. If you are thinking to hike Cajas National Park, please give Marc a call. You will not be disappointed!

1st time Hiking in the Cajas - My husband & I booked a tour with 2 other couples for our first time hiking in the Cajas with Marc & Marian and had a fantastic time! They were knowledgeable & fun sharing experiences with us as well as going out of their way to show us a rare tree indigenous to Ecuador that we would have missed otherwise. Also appreciated their attention throughout the hike to our individual hiking abilities making sure we were always comfortable with the distance & feeling good along the way. We enjoyed seeing so many amazing views of the lake, waterfalls, alpacas & horses & will definitely be booking with them again in the future!!

Guide was terrible - The guide sexually harassed me and continuously touched me and I felt very uncomfortable. It ruined my whole experience. He told me to get in the front seat and started running my leg. The guide’s name is Moisés.
