- Gualaceo - Gualaceo is the second most important canton of the province of Azuay after Cuenca, in this place you will visit the central market where depending on the day you can see people selling different products, among the most important the pork prepared in the oven, then You will walk through the central park of Gualaceo and in the final part you will visit the Makanas workshop of the Jimenez family who will offer us a demonstration of how they weave shawls with the ancestral technique of Ikat.
