Pick-up is available at the hotel address or any accommodation provided by the customer. This tour can be taken from Cuenca to Guayaquil or vice versa. It is one of the most vibrant and medium-distance routes in the southern part of the country. Starting just a few meters above sea level in Guayaquil and ascending to the high moor area, participants can experience changes in climate, vegetation, and temperature in a relatively short time. This journey offers breathtaking landscapes. In Cajas National Park, the tour will visit the Tres Cruces natural viewpoint, where the area’s distinctive landscape and lake system can be admired. A visit to a polylepis forest (paper tree) is included, allowing for enjoyment of the Andean scenery. In the lower region, several farms cultivate tropical products such as bananas, coffee, and cocoa. A visit to a family-run farm will showcase the chocolate-making process using the renowned national cocoa, famous worldwide for its fine aroma. At the end of the tour, customers will be dropped off at the hotel or accommodation address they have provided.
