   • A confirmation message is sent, detailing the pickup time, location, and contact information for the assigned driver or coordinator.

2. Pre-Trip Coordination
   • Travelers receive a reminder and reconfirmation 24–48 hours before departure via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
   • For airport pickups, flight status is monitored to adjust timing for any delays or early arrivals.
   • For hotel pickups, travelers are advised to be ready 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

3. Pickup Execution
   • At Yaoundé or Douala airports, a uniformed representative waits in the arrival hall with a personalized sign.
   • At hotels or guesthouses, the driver arrives at the main entrance or lobby, confirms identity, and assists with luggage.
   • Travelers are warmly welcomed, briefed on the itinerary, and offered refreshments or comfort items (optional).

4. Transit Experience
   • Vehicles are clean, air-conditioned, and insured.
   • Drivers are trained in hospitality, safety, and local knowledge, providing commentary or silence according to traveler preference.
