The day of about an hour before the driver reached out to confirm. The driver sent a picture of his car, and was on time. Arriving at the airport was a breeze. Awful customer service (service not provided) - Do not expect any form of customer service from them, they’ll do their best to get the money, but give no respect to you as the customer. Just avoid them if you don’t want a headache in your trip to Peru. My international flight was changed for reasons out of my control, I informed them as soon as it happened, told them I will arrive with another flight at a later time. After hours of waiting between each of their response, they said they are sending the driver for the original flight that I told them I will not even be on that flight and they will not reschedule the driver and will not cancel the service. I ended up getting another service without this one being provided to me or canceled.
