Fun solo half day ATV/ Sculpture ride. - Fun little half day filler. Great views of Cusco and some neat sculptures. Not much of an ATV ride. Just a short ride up to the sculptures. Then you walk through the place and get some photos. Then ride back down. Maybe 20 minutes of ATV riding. And the rest is riding in a car or walking through the sculptures. But I would recommend. (Not family friendly) lots of nudity in the statues. Just fare warning.

Disappointing and not as described - We did not go to the area described. The trip there ended up being on bus that took 1.5 hours instead of 30 minutes. Kids were promised their own ATVs but they couldn’t ride them because we were driving on roads, not in an open area. We never saw the area in the pictures online.

Awful, my worst experience in Cusco. Avoid it at all costs - Absolutely terrible, it’s a bad joke. The whole thing is very unprofessional. You won’t be picked up from your hotel. Duration is not 3 hours. The ATV route is not 1,5 hours, as advertised: It’s 2x15 minutes on a dusty construction road with 15 km/h. It’s really bad, nothing as advertised. Do yourself a favor and skip the theme park, too, it’s not worth it. Go book something else.

Could have been much better - Disappointing Experience – Missed the Main Attraction We were really looking forward to this tour, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. To start, we were picked up late and had difficulty locating our driver, even though pickup was supposed to be at our hotel. When we arrived at the ATVs, there were only 8 available even though we paid for 9 participants. One of us had to double up, which we were okay with, but it was not what we paid for. None of the helmets had visors, so dust and dirt constantly blew directly into our eyes while riding—very uncomfortable and potentially unsafe. When we reached the site, the guide mentioned that the area was “optional,” but never clearly explained where we actually were. We had booked this tour specifically to see the Abode of the Gods. We asked if it was coming up in 20 minutes and the guide confirmed, but after a 20-minute ride we were brought to a scenic overlook. My daughter asked if this was the Abode of the Gods, and the guide said yes. We assumed maybe it was further down the trail, but instead we were told to get back on the ATVs and head back. We never saw what we came for—the main highlight of the tour was completely missed. The guide was difficult to understand, which added to the confusion. Some of the ATVs were in poor condition; the one I used had a broken front brake lever, which I chose to ride myself because I didn’t feel safe letting my kids use it. During the tour, the guide also picked up extra passengers, which we didn’t mind too much, but it made the ride cramped. Overall, it felt disorganized, unsafe in parts, and ultimately we didn’t get what we paid for. Really disappointed we missed the Abode of the Gods. Would not recommend this tour based on our experiece.

This experience needs an... - This experience needs an upgrade. ATVs were not in good condition, helmets not suitable for ATVs (they were very old worn out climbing helmets), we decided to turn around half way through the outing.

Worst Experience in Cusco! Stay away! - Horrible, horrible experience. We didn’t even do the tour because we were picked up late from the hotel and by the time we made it to the site, it was late and had started raining. The atvs were outside, completely soaking wet, seats and helmets alike. We noticed that it started raining on the way so we asked the guide to stop so we can buy rain ponchos. Not sure he understood what we asked because he just nodded and kept going. Once at the site, we told him we are not getting on the soaking wet atvs in the rain with no ponchos. He started asking around for rain ponchos and came back with one used, dirty poncho for all six of us. At that point we asked to cancel the activity and opted to be driven back. No refund was given. This is their response to the Viator request, as you can see completely fabricated: The tour went completely smoothly. The guide collected the group from their hotel, but once they got to the ATV base, the service was denied due to weather conditions. To ensure the participants were comfortable and could still engage in the activity, the guide offered rain ponchos as a solution. However, the passengers declined the offer and opted out of the activity, requesting to be taken back to the hotel instead. As a travel agency, we cannot control weather-related issues. We have sufficient evidence that the activity went ahead as planned, so we must deny the refund request. Stay away, completely unprofessional!
