Cusco-Cachora-Capulliyoc
Cachora - Between 4:00 and 4:30 AM, the guide will collect the group from the hotel to board the bus heading to the town of Cachora, continuing on to Capulliyoc. From this vantage point, the entire Apurimac valley, surrounded by majestic mountains, can be seen. Capulliyoc is situated at 2,850 meters above sea level. Lunch will be served here. After enjoying the first meal, the group will proceed with the hike, descending approximately 2 hours to reach Santa Rosa, where the first camp of Andean houses offers a comfortable rest amidst the mountains and stunning landscapes. After settling in, dinner will be served.
Santa Rosa -Choquequirao- Marampata
Ruinas de Choquequirao - An early breakfast will be followed by a hike towards Marampata (2850m / 9350ft), involving approximately 2 hours of ascent. Upon arrival, the first view of the Choquequirao archaeological complex (3033m / 9951ft) will be visible. Lunch and a brief rest will follow. The group will then continue walking for another hour to reach the Archaeological Complex of Choquequirao, where they can explore its streets and terraces, delving into the rich history that remains a mystery in the Inca Empire, often referred to as the sister of the Machu Picchu Sanctuary. In the afternoon, the group can enjoy the breathtaking sunset over the snow-capped peaks before returning to Marampata. A delightful dinner will be served upon arrival at the camp, offering a well-deserved rest at 3000 meters above sea level.

Cachora - The final breakfast at the camp will be served. The group will then embark on a 3-hour walk back to the town of Cachora, where they can observe the diverse flora and fauna across various altitudinal and ecological zones. Finally, they will arrive in Cachora to board transportation back to Cusco. Transfer to the hotel will follow.
