Must do in Cusco! - Couldn’t recommend this more for anyone visiting Cusco! If it’s your first time visiting it not only shows you some of the amazing cuisine Peru has to offer, but also shows you the marketplace and very useful information about Cusco. The guide is one of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet and speaks perfect English. He is more than happy to recommend and inform you about any possible questions you could have. The food was absolutely delicious as well! Truly a great experience and worth doing while you’re in Cusco!

Cooking Peruvian dishes - Great value for money and a great experience. Ronal is really funny and makes the experience really enjoyable. Teaching us about local products from the market which I got to try. Teaching us how to cook the dishes all in a fun way. Fellow students were great. Not to mention the end dishes, the seviche and mocktail taste amazing 😋 Thank you. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn and try in a fun environment

Best cooking class! - My husband and I participated in this cooking class June 2025 during our honeymoon. This was hands down the best cooking class we've ever done! Chef Ronal was extremely informative and clear while instructing. We had a hands-on experience that our previous cooking classes lacked. We had a great time trying and making delicious food & drink. We learned so much! We would recommend this class to anyone stopping in Cusco!

Excellent activity while acclimating - This was such a special and intimate experience. I ended up making the ceviche and the passion fruit pisco sour. A few others chose to make the Lomo Saltado, which looked and smelled unbelievably good. Everyone additionally banded together to make the stuffed pepper appetizers. All of the food and drinks we made was absolutely delicious, and it was so much fun connecting with other travelers while being guided through the recipes. The market tour was unique and a lot of fun learning about and sampling the different foods of Peru. Definitely a great activity to do if just arriving in Cusco and needing to acclimate. Ronal was a very talented, knowledgeable, and fun guide throughout the whole experience.

Perfect! - The best cooking class ever! At first we went to the market which was very interesting and our guide Ronal told us a lot about different fruits, vegetables, bread and meat. After the market we cooked with the fresh ingredients that we collected at the market. We made a lot of food and everything was super delicious! We made the best lomo saltado, ceviche and pisco sours we had during our whole trip! Ronal was very friendly, funny and knew everything about the food. Would definitely recommend!
