Delicious and Easy to Follow - This was an amazing experience! Ronal gave many options for our class so we could tailor to dietary restrictions. He also took us to the market and bought many fruits for us to try. The class was very thorough, and the food was delicious!

Great Experience - We loved both the market tour and cooking class. - This was a wonderful experience. We loved both the market tour and the cooking class. We spent about 90 minutes in the market and thoroughly enjoyed learning about all the food and vegetables that they eat in Peru. We then went to the cooking experience and got to do the hands on cooking. Ronal was a great instructor and showed us how to chop everything and then cook it all. My husband and son both made ceviche, and I made lomo saltado. We all also made stuffed peppers and a wonderful drink. I would definitely recommend this experience.

Wonderful cooking experience in Cusco - We had a fantastic time with Ronal! Learning and trying various fruits and products at the market was a highlight of our trip, and the meal we made together was one of the best we had in Peru. Ronal has a formal culinary background and this was a great asser in explaining why and how various food combinations work which was very interesting. If you are experienced with cooking you may find some of the hands-on components to be on the simpler side, but we had a great time either way.

Amazing, authentic cooking experience in Cusco! - Such an amazing tour and a MUST DO in Cusco! The host & his team are extremely knowledgeable and make this experience amazing for guests. The market tour at the beginning was a lovely addition for people to familiarise themselves with the busy San Pedro market & Peruvian food (also tips on where to eat!) The experience itself was fantastic, such a good time making our own dinners and cocktails & talking with Ronal & the other guests. Couldn’t recommend this enough, worth every penny. I’d recommend to book directly with the host and NOT using third party sites - help local business 🥰

We had a great half day with Ronal exploring and getting an insider view of the San Pedro market, then back to the kitchen to cook our delicious authentic Peruvian dishes. The class was well led and we all laughed and ate delicious food.

The best introduction to Peruvian food snd the San Pedro Market - Ronal was an exceptional chef and guide. The tour through the San Pedro Market was fascinating. It is an intimidating place and I was comfortable navigating it after class. He walked my classmate and I through the preparation of an appetizer (causa), ceviche, lomo saltada, and a pisco sour for me. Take this educational and fun course.
