Wonderful local experience - Ronal is a local to Cusco and shared his knowledge and authenticity through this experience - we toured the market like locals, learned about the native produce, and the dishes we cooked were fantastic! He even sent us the recipes for the dishes we made and lists of recommended restaurants in Cusco. You can tell Ronal loves sharing his culture and this was a great experience.

Casual and Fun Experience! - This class was so much fun! I wouldn't normally do something like this, but we were looking for something low-key after finishing the Inca Trail 4 day hike the previous day. It turned out to be a great find, and I would recommend it to anyone!

Excellent morning spent at Cookery Class with Ronal - Ronal started the cookery course by taking us around the Cusco market to source the ingredients we needed for the dishes. He was most informative and inspirational. We prepared a classic Pisco sour, followed by stuffed green peppers and a trout ceviche. The end results were absolutely delicious. The four hours went by very quickly and Ronal taught us a lot of interesting points in the preparation of these dishes. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending his cooking class.

Delicious food and great class! - Fantastic class and instructor! There were 5 of us in the class. Everything went smoothly. We learned so much about native and regional fruits, vegetables, and cheeses while we were at the market. And we learned about other ingredients and pisco while we cooked.

Incredible experience. Choose this option! - Excellent experience from start to finish, and exceeded my expectations. Yohan was brilliant in displaying his chef talents and getting the group involved, moving between Spanish and English translations with ease. The visit to San Pedro Market was such an eye- opener. Learnt so much. Has to be the best cerviche I have ever had in my life. The pisco sour was also off the scale amazing. Well worth it, and highly recommend. Thank you Yohan. You are gold start - Natalie NZ
