Fun way to see 2 beautiful locations! - The ATV's were a lot of fun. It is important to know that you only ride them to and from Moray. ATV's are not permitted on the road to the salt flats due to the dangerous road conditions, and I can understand that now that I have seen the steep drop offs on the side of that road. Once you finish with the ATV's, they transport you by bus to the salt flats. You don't get to drive the ATV's at full speed, so if that is something you enjoy, you may be disappointed. The countryside that we drove through was beautiful though. We only stopped once for a picture along the way, but I wish we could have stopped more often. Moray is much more impressive in person than in photographs, and the salt flats were beautiful. However, if you are visiting in the short days of late June, you will run out of sunlight at the salt flat in the afternoon session. For this reason, I wish I had chosen the morning session instead. If the bus driver had been on time to pick up our group or had not stopped for gas along the way, we may not have run out of sunlight before the end of our stop.
