- Cusipata - Upon arrival in Cusipata, a restaurant will be ready to serve a delicious buffet breakfast. This is the perfect time to recharge before embarking on the adventure.
- Vinicunca Mountain - At the starting point, the guide will provide instructions and recommendations for enjoying this fantastic experience. The walk begins at Pampachiri, at an elevation of 3,700 meters. A 1.5-hour uphill trek leads to the renowned Rainbow Mountain. Along the route, there are opportunities to enjoy breathtaking views, including glacial peaks, red mountains, rocky hills, and traditional llamas and alpacas grazing in the valley. At the summit, the majestic Vinicunca Mountain and the Ausangate Glacier’s peak offer a stunning view. There will be ample time for taking beautiful photos, and the guide will explain the composition of these mountains and how they acquired their rainbow colors. The descent will be a downhill hike back to the transport.
