Operating Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

1. Plaza Kusipata
10:00 AM: Walk to Plaza Regocijo. From here, the group will proceed to Plaza Regocijo, where the guide will share essential information and prepare everyone for the upcoming event. There will be a short free period to take photos and soak in the lively atmosphere in the heart of Cusco.

2. Saqsaywaman
11:00 AM | Transfer to Sacsayhuaman. The group will board private transportation and, in just 20 minutes, arrive at the main stage of this remarkable event. 12:00 PM | Arrival at Sacsayhuaman. A brief exploration of this majestic archaeological site, surrounded by mountains and ancient energy, will take place. The Quechua name Saqsaywaman means “satisfy, falcon,” and from here, the best view of the event can be enjoyed. 12:30 PM: Central Ceremony + Box Lunch. The group will settle into the reserved grandstand to witness the magnificent spectacle of the Inti Raymi. While reliving the glorious tribute to the Sun God, a delicious box lunch, specially prepared for the occasion, will be enjoyed. Ritual, dance, music, and tradition at their finest.

3. Plaza de Armas
4:30 PM: End of the ceremony and return to Cusco. After the ceremony concludes, the group will reconvene and return to the city via private transportation. Drop-off will be near the Plaza de Armas, allowing for further exploration of Cusco at one’s own pace.
