The journey begins with a transfer from your hotel in Cusco at 3:30 am to the train station. You will take the PERU RAIL from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes, a scenic trip lasting 1 hour and 20 minutes. Upon arrival, your guide will be waiting with a sign displaying your name. After a brief breakfast, you will board the CONSETUR bus to the archaeological center of Machu Picchu. Here, you will enjoy a guided tour of the various architectural sites of this magnificent Wonder of the World. Following the tour, you will return to Aguas Calientes for lunch and have some time to explore the city. You can take photos, visit the medicinal baths (a 5-minute walk from Machu Picchu square), or simply enjoy the warm atmosphere. In the evening, you will take the train back to Ollantaytambo, where transportation will be waiting to take you back to Cusco. The tour concludes near the main square at approximately 9:30 pm, from where you can take a taxi to your hotel. If you opt for the return train at 9:50 pm, you will arrive back at around 11:55 pm. Train schedules may vary based on availability.
