Learning from the delicious Inca history. - A magnificent, impressive place. Surrounded by all the majesty of nature. The Uber guide has dispelled every doubt as he feeds us the story with every spectacular view. 10/10.

The best experience with the best guide - It has been the most beautiful trip of my life! What a magical place and full of a captivating story and even more so when you have the help of a guide with the experience and kindness of John Pérez de Runas Trip! Sincerely this company enjoys unbeatable professionalism, each of the guides were excellent but especially who guided us to Machu Picchu John Perez takes a 10 out of 10. Do not hesitate to contact this agency for your next trip to Peru. I recommend it 100%.

The whole experience was... - The whole experience was good and safe with clear instructions. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a great tour around each pichu

Would not recommend - This was the worst trip I have taken with Viator. They asked us to be ready at 4 and driver showed up at 4:20. The drive to the train station was NOT PRIVATE which meant we had to pick up another couple. The driver being late drove way over the speed limit and covered the trip that typically takes 2 hours in less than 1.5 hours we were terrified the whole ride. We were dropped off outside the station and told to run to the train. We met our guide at Machu Pichu station. He said he will only spend 3 hours with us and so dropped us off in the middle of our tour at Machu Pichu after quickly going through the sights. We had to find our way back to bus and then lunch and station. The crazy part was we were done at 1 and the return tickets were for 4:45!!! The icing on the cake was our train was delayed indefinitely. At this point we just gave up, bought our own tickets on another train and got back. What an absolute nightmare.
