DAY 1: THE ADVENTURE BEGINS: ARRIVAL IN CUSCO AND TRANSFER

Cusco - The journey kicks off in Cusco: Upon arrival at the airport, the team will warmly welcome you and provide a comfortable transfer to your hotel, situated in the heart of the imperial city. Take some time to relax and adjust to the altitude before discovering the marvels of Cusco. Once at your hotel, you can rest and acclimate to the elevation of this magnificent city.

DAY 2: SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS (CHINCHERO, MORAY & SALINERAS) CONNECTION TO MACHUPICCHU VILLAGE

Sacred Valley - The day starts with a deep dive into the history and beauty of the Sacred Valley. You will be picked up from your hotel at 8:00 AM (please be ready in advance). The first stop is the intriguing circular terraces of Moray, an ancient Inca agricultural laboratory where innovative architecture utilized temperature variations to cultivate diverse species.
Next, we visit the remarkable Salineras de Maras, a unique landscape of thousands of salt wells, where nature crafts a masterpiece. This spot is perfect for capturing stunning photos.
After lunch (included/not included - please specify), we will head to Ollantaytambo train station to catch the train to Aguas Calientes, the gateway to Machu Picchu. Enjoy the scenic Andean views during the train ride. Overnight stay in Aguas Calientes.

Day 3: MACHUPICCHU

Santuario Historico de Machu Picchu - This day promises to be one of the most unforgettable of your journey. An early start with a light breakfast at the hotel precedes the bus ride to the majestic Inca Citadel of Machu Picchu.
The guided tour of the Machu Picchu Historical Sanctuary lasts approximately 2 to 3 hours. During this tour, explore the most iconic sites of the archaeological complex, while the expert guide shares the history, mysteries, and architectural marvels of this location. Additionally, there will be ample time to take stunning photographs and fully appreciate this world-renowned wonder.
After the tour, descend to Aguas Calientes, where you can enjoy lunch (lunch not included) and relax before the return journey. Later, board the train to Ollantaytambo, where the team will be ready to comfortably transfer you back to Cusco.

Day 4: HUMANTAY LAGOON

Humantay Lake - Laguna Humantay is a stunning body of water located 4,200 meters above sea level in the Cusco region of Peru. It is renowned for its breathtaking turquoise waters and is surrounded by majestic snow-capped peaks, such as Humantay and Salkantay. The lagoon is a popular trekking destination, accessible via a hike starting in Soraypampa. Visitors can enjoy the area’s biodiversity and participate in rituals of gratitude to Pachamama and Apus. It is an ideal spot for photography and nature appreciation.

Day 5: MOUNTAIN OF COLORS

Rainbow Mountain - Embark on an unforgettable adventure to Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca), a natural wonder in the Andes. You will be picked up from your hotel at 4:00 AM for a journey of approximately 3 hours to the trailhead. A stop in Cusipata allows for a delicious breakfast before beginning the hike.
After about 1 hour of hiking, reach the summit of Rainbow Mountain, where there will be time to explore this breathtaking landscape and capture spectacular photographs. Enjoy this unique experience for 30 minutes to 1 hour (depending on your pace and weather conditions).
Return to Cusco between approximately 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

Day 6: TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT

Cusco - Based on your flight schedule, the team will coordinate all the details for your airport transfer, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free experience as you prepare to return home or continue with your next adventures.
