Arrival in Cusco

Cusco - Upon arrival in Cusco, assistance will be provided, followed by free time to relax. In the afternoon, the city tour of Cuzco will commence, including visits to: The Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, and the Temple of the Sun “Korikancha.” Afterwards, the tour will proceed to the Inca sites of Kenko, Tambomachay, Puca Pucara, and the fortress of Sacsayhuaman. The day concludes with an overnight stay in Cusco, marking the end of the Cusco Adventurer tour.

Visit to the Sacred Valley

Sacred Valley of the Incas - The tour will explore the village of Pisac, known for its traditional Indian market, best visited on Sundays to witness the local customs. Following this, the archaeological center of Pisaq will be visited. Lunch will be served in Urubamba. In the afternoon, the tour will continue to the Agricultural-Military and Religious Center of Ollantaytambo. The day will conclude with a visit to the charming Andean village of Chinchero before returning to Cusco Adventurer, arriving back in Cusco around dusk.

Vinicunca Mountain - An early morning departure will take the group to the village of Pitumarka (approximately 2 hours). After a hearty breakfast in Pitumarka, the journey will continue to Qayrawiri, where a 2 to 3-hour hike will begin, offering stunning landscapes en route to Vinicunca (5,029 meters above sea level). Horse rentals are available if needed. The return journey includes a stop at a local restaurant for a traditional lunch. The bus will then return to Cusco, arriving at approximately 5:00 pm.
