a sensational chef for this role - Fernando is exactly the chef we needed for this class on creating a ceviche, Pisco, and beef cubes. Very energetic, great facilitation, he knew how to establish fun and instructions. We all had a lot of fun together, a beautiful moment, a beautiful memory that we are taking back to Canada to share. Enjoy the tasting! Thank you, Fernando.

Really good food - It was insane. The cook was really funny and great in English and he spoke a little bit of French also. The ceviche was really good and the best that I tasted in Peru. The cocktail was so refreshing. And the last meal was really fun to cook

Fun Cooking Experience in Cusco - Fernando was a great host with a good sense of humor and positive energy. His instructions were clear, and even though my friends and I are not experienced cooks, we made a very tasty dish. It was a fun experience and a great activity to do in Cusco :))

Not recommended - I booked a class in English, then it was in Spanish . I burned my lomo saltado because it caught on fire and it tasted horrible . The chef tried to fix it but it was still raw inside and burned outside. They DIDN'T send me the recipe. I went there the next day to ask for it and still didn't send.
