Cooking Class with Fernando - This was one of the most fun experiences we have had while traveling. Fernando was an excellent host/chef. We learned many things regarding Peruvian cuisine, and made the best Pisco sour! Can't wait to cook ceviche at home. Thanks again, Fernando!

We had the best time - We had the best time at our cooking class with Fernando! He made the entire experience incredibly engaging, sharing not only how to prepare the dishes but also the history and cultural significance behind many Peruvian ingredients. The class was very interactive, and his enthusiasm and deep knowledge made it both educational and fun. We prepared some absolutely delicious ceviche and lomo saltado, and even learned how to make pisco sours! Everything was hands-on, relaxed, and full of great tips we can actually use at home. Fernando’s passion for Peruvian cuisine really shines through, and it made the whole experience memorable. Highly recommend this class to anyone who loves great food and learning something new!

Good Variety, Big Personality - Had a great time with Fernando. We sampled different fruits as he explained the differences in sweet/sour fruits. He had lots of great tips and explained why we did certain things during ceviche preparation. The private market was fascinating to see all the different types of corn, potatoes, and chilis. Preparing the saltado was a great experience and made you feel like a chef. Very knowledgeable, food and cocktails were delicious and Fernando was very funny
