Kosnipata Valley - The tour begins with a bus pick-up from the hotel, airport, bus station, or meeting point between 5:30 and 6:00 AM. Along the way, visitors will explore the funerary towers of Ninamarca, a native town in Paucartambo, located 4 hours from Cusco. Here lies the Manu National Park (Acjanaco). In the cloud forest, one can observe cocks of the rock, quetzals, and a rich biodiversity.

Chullpas de Ninamarca - A chullpa or chullpar is an ancient funerary tower of Aymara and Quechua origin, featuring an angular or round base. These structures were originally built for individuals of high status in the Aymara and Inca cultures.1

The Collao chullparia tradition dates back to the 13th and 14th centuries, following the fall of Tiahuanaco. Its use as a mausoleum for authorities quickly became customary in areas adjacent to the highlands until the early 16th century (colonial-early).2

Manu National Park - Early in the morning, visitors can observe the parrot clay lick. The boat tour continues for 6 hours, offering views of diverse animals on the beaches, such as alligators, turtles, capybaras, birds, and possibly the king of the jungle (Jaguar). The tour concludes with a visit to a 30-meter observation tower.

Manu National Park - Visitors can enjoy another thermal medicinal bath while observing animals from the boat. In the afternoon, a visit to the Machuwasi lagoon offers the chance to see native birds from wooden rafts.

Kosnipata Valley - Unfortunately, the sound of monkeys signals the time to return by boat and bus to Cusco. Stops along the way provide opportunities to observe animals along the route.
