• Quelccaya Ice Cap - The adventure begins bright and early with a hotel pickup at 3:00 a.m. From Cusco, it’s a 5-hour drive to the village of Phinaya. Upon arrival, guests will enjoy a delightful Andean breakfast, perfect for acclimatization and preparing for the day ahead. The journey continues with a 1-hour drive to the majestic Quelccaya Suyuparina Glacier, known as the largest tropical glacier in the world. From the vehicle’s stopping point, there is a 15 to 20-minute walk. During this walk, the natural beauty of the area is truly breathtaking. Upon returning to Phinaya, a traditional local lunch awaits, crafted with regional ingredients. Afterward, guests will board the transport again to head back to Cusco, with a special stop at the enchanting Sibinacocha Lagoon, one of the largest and most stunning in the highlands. The tour concludes near the Plaza de Armas between 7:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
