11/10 Experience! Elvis is the man! - From the moment I booked this tour to the day we landed, Elvis communicated with me every step of the way —- getting into the details, answered all of my questions, and made sure we knew what to expect. He’s patient, organized, responsive, and it’s apparent that he cares deeply about his work. We wanted to have a despacho ceremony the day before this tour and Elvis didn’t hesitate to set that up for us and ensured that the shamans were legit. He even took us around Cusco despite being busy. Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu were both absolutely stunning; we were able to do Circuit 2 (the best circuit) and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The guides he assigned us were knowledgeable and easygoing. We learned so much! Elvis and his team also recommended great restaurants and we enjoyed delicious meals in Cusco. Lastly, we wanted to go to Rainbow Mountain on our last day in Cusco, and once again, Elvis organized everything seamlessly with a guide. Our overall experience was an 11/10! It was the perfect trip!

An Amazing Experience from Start to Finish” - Even before our tour began, Julio communicated clearly about all the logistics and made sure our small group tour would accommodate our specific needs. Our guide, Jorge, truly made the experience special. He was patient, supportive, and ensured we were able to see all the major sights at Machu Picchu without feeling rushed. Jorge was incredibly knowledgeable, and we learned so much from his explanations and insights throughout the tour. We highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting the Sacred Valley & Machu Picchu

Amazing time in sacred valley and machu picchu - Ruben managed everything from beginning to end with amazing expertise and friendliness. Before going to Ollantaytambo to board the train, we saw pisaq , urubamba ,ollamtaytambo Without ever stressing us, Ruben told interesting tales and kept the group involved. The day we went to Machu Picchu was gloomy and enigmatic—just the right mood. Ruben led us around Circuit 2, pausing to highlight the significance of each building. This Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu tour is for you if you seek the ideal combination of history, adventure, and comfort.

Pedro's Tour Was Everything We Hoped For: Relaxed, Scenic, and Authentic - Pedro gave precisely what my wife and I were looking for; we didn't want a hurried schedule. Throughout the day, he kept a steady pace that allowed us to appreciate the scenery of Pisac and Ollantaytambo without feeling like we were on a tour. He discovered calm areas in Machu Picchu for us to take in the atmosphere and appreciate the vista. Pedro's deep expertise and his charm made the event personal and revitalizing. This journey is essential if you wish to really appreciate Peru's splendor.

Spiritual and Scenic - cesar's Machu Picchu and Ollantaytambo - Book this tour with cesar if all you want is photographs. His grounded, quiet energy changed our stay to something spiritual. Beginning in Ollantaytambo, she discussed the link between the mountains and the Incan perspective. We investigated the ruins at dawn and silently meditated close the Temple of the Sun in Machu Picchu. Rosa was conscious of turning it a personal trip and respecting everyone's speed. For conscious travelers, solo explorers, or anybody wanting a more deep link to the holy sites of Peru, this is the ideal journey.

Diego made combining Machu Picchu and Sacred Valley into one ideal journey seem simple even if it sounded ambitious. - Diego made combining Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley in one visit seem easy even if it sounded ambitious. He was really well-prepared, courteous, and on time. Before getting on our train to Aguas Calientes, we went to Ollantaytambo, pisac. The coordination was perfect. Diego was able to get Circuit 2 tickets even during busy season, thus we entered Machu Picchu the following morning. His knowledge of Incan history and architecture was remarkable. Perfect for time-constrained tourists wishing for a rich and fulfilling experience of Peru's most famous sites

A Journey Through Time: Unforgettable Machu Picchu Tour with Julio - Julio's day at Machu Picchu was just amazing. Every detail was well attended from the time we were picked up in Cusco. Julio was a storyteller, not just a guide. His thorough site knowledge made every stone come alive; he created clear images of Incan life. The views were wonderful despite the rain. Being in a small group made it seem nearly private. The highlight of our Peru trip was this train day excursion to Machu Picchu. Strongly advised for anyone looking for a personal, well-organized, and perceptive trip.

Good Tour Badly Managed - I booked this tour because of the good reviews given by all. But my experience was something different. Once I booked the tour I got the Tour Provider, Danish's phone no and immediately contacted him. He was very nice to talk to and I was very happy to have booked a nice tour. In-between he sent me WhatsApp msg to send passport copy, which I sent. Afterwards there was no other communication from him. The day before the scheduled tour I kept calling him and sent msg to know about the pickup time. I got a msg at about 5 PM that it was at 4 AM the following morning, though as per tour Itinerary it was 7 AM. I tried calling him and sent messages, but there was no response. Finally his call came at 10 PM when we were already asleep. He told us that we have to forego the first day of the tour and straight proceed to Machu Picchu to buy the entrance ticket and the starting time was 4 AM. It was really shocking for us to get such kind of information from him, not knowing whether we can really visit Machu Picchu or not. We informed him that it was not possible to start so early and we can start by 7 AM as per Itinerary. He agreed to it. Our first day of the tour was great with Ruben, our tour guide. He is an excellent tour guide and nice human being. After arriving at Machu Picchu we had to go to the ticket counter to get the coupon, and again at 8 PM to get the entrance ticket, which took about one hour standing in the queue. Luckily we got the 10 AM entry. Ruben informed the tour provider our schedule. The next day we arrived at the bus stop and Ruben informed me that he has not got our bus ticket and we have to buy it ourselves and it will be reimbursed. Which we readily agreed. We had a great tour of Circuit 3 with Ruben, our guide. We completed the tour and lunch by about 2.30 PM and still the return train ticket was not provided. Ultimately the train ticket came, which was for the 5.27 PM train and we could arrive at our hotel by about 10 PM only. We didn't get the bus ticket reimbursement until our departure from Cusco the next morning. I requested him to pay it to our hotel, which he sent. We could do the tour as per Itinerary and it was very enjoyable. But we had to go through a lot uncertainty, stress and fear on a foreign land, not knowing what was coming next. We could have avoided returning late to Cusco as we had a long international flight at 9.30 AM the next morning. The positive points, Danish helped us to shift our luggage to a different hotel. Ruben was a great guide, the Vistadome train (which was upgraded) was enjoyable and the alternative tour of Sacred Valley was nice too. I wish the tour was managed in a better way to make our "Once in a lifetime" experience stress free.
