Amazing! - Very knowledgeable and funny guide and chef, I had an amazing time preparing a four course meal (tamales, cause, ceviche, and pistarones) with local ingredients after a trip to the market. Had lots of fun making two Peruvian cocktails (pisco sour and chicha punch) as well. I loved that I was provided with a tasty local vegetarian options to replace the chicken in the causa and the fish in the ceviche. I wholeheartedly recommend!

From market to plate - an amazing Peruvian cooking experience - I really loved how this tour began in the local market and you got to see where all your ingredients were coming from. Markets can be very intimidating as a tourist, especially when they’re heavily used by locals as it can be confusing and you feel in the way. The market tour with the guide allowed me to properly enjoy it. This was only the beginning. The food we prepared was so tasty and delicious. I find it hard to believe anyone could have it and not enjoy it. The cocktails were also so amazing. Our chef, Jesus, was so knowledgeable and friendly about Cusco, Peru and food. It was truly an all encompassing experience.

Take some Peru home with you. - I learnt so much about ingredients, cooking and Peruvian culture. The cooking class facility was spotless. The two cooking aids were seamless in their service. I was able to transfer what I learnt to a tasty dinner at home last night.

My husband and I had a... - My husband and I had a blast in our cooking class with Chef Jorge! We enjoyed the market tour, sampling and learning about various local foods like different varieties of passion fruit and a traditional Peruvian bread. For the cooking portion of class, we really enjoyed making the drinks (pisco sour and chicha morada), as well as the three courses (ceviche, tamales, and causa). We are both vegan and appreciated that the menu could be accommodated for us. There was so much food that we unfortunately were too full to eat dessert, but we were able to take it to go and thoroughly enjoyed it later. Everything was delicious, and Jorge did a great job of explaining the instructions and introducing each course. I’d highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Cusco!

Fabulous Four Hours, Left the class so Full! - Jorge was an awesome guide and chef during the hours we shared in Cusco. The experience started with a tour of el Mercado de San Pedro, which was super cool. We learned about the many different kinds of food produced here in Peru. After that we walked to the class kitchen where we learned how to make ceviche, tamales y causa, as well as two cocktails 🤤. I am vegetarian but that was no problem at all! E.x. Instead of fish I made mango ceviche. Great way to spend 4 hours in Cusco.
