Vinicunca Mountain - TRIP PLAN
The adventure kicks off between 4:00 a.m. and 4:30 a.m., when the transport will collect you from your accommodation, heading towards Cusipata.
By approximately 6:30 a.m., arrival in Cusipata is expected, where a buffet breakfast will be served.
Following breakfast, the ascent will commence along a communal dirt road, reaching an altitude of 4,800 meters.
Next, a 3 km trail walk will begin, offering views of the Andean flora and fauna.
The vibrant mountain range will gradually come into view, culminating at the viewpoint at 5,000 meters above sea level. The descent will follow the same path, leading back to the vehicle for the return to Cusipata. A delightful lunch will be provided here before heading back to the imperial city of Cusco.
Upon concluding the Mountain of Colors Tour, return to Cusco is scheduled, with transportation to the city center by approximately 4:30 p.m.
