Machu picchu was beautiful - Machu Picchu was very nice and I had a great experience. The ticket for Circuit 2 was excellent, everything went smoothly and I could see beautiful views and important places. I really enjoyed my visit and I’m happy with how everything was organized.

Scam - Watch out for the agency that contacts about your tickets. Having acquired a pass for general zone 2. They processed for zone 1. Uninformed and unchanged price. I couldn't make a contracted visit with Viator.

Bad treatment and uncertainty - Our experience has been bad. We bought the tickets on December 12, the classic circuit 2. We were told that we had bought the entrance of circuit 1, that the 2 could not be without any further explanation. I've been trying to contact them for the app without reply. All this after paying for tickets. On December 30, I called them from Cuzco already desperate because I didn’t know if we had tickets or not. I talked to them and they told me not to worry about them getting me tickets. But the conversation wasn't smooth and I had to be calling them all the time and having to be on top of them all the time. And 2 days away from going to hot waters, even without tickets. The agency tells us at all times not to worry because he guarantees us entry, but it is only his word. After insisting they passed us the phone of a guide they knew and worked with him, Cesar. Cesar, he didn’t listen to us very much and we had to be very much on top of him writing on whatsapp and calling him. Total, that we planted on day 1 in hot waters, with intention to visit machu picchu on day 2 without entrance, at 5 the previous afternoon. None of them contact us. I decide to call Cesar and the agency and they start to make me dizzy... Finally Cesar tells me that we have to go buy the entrance with him in hot waters to the official office. Finally, we will stop buying the ticket the day before they cost 120€. Whereupon, we could have bought it ourselves without them. Summary, we pay a 237€ service, to ensure entry before coming, and that service has not been given to us. Until the day before, we didn't know if we were going to get in or not. To all this Caesar tells us, when we are in Machu Picchu above, let us call him who comes after us and helps us in. A day after the visit neither of us has contacted even as it was the day or anything... The experience in our case has been very negative, they also had tickets on viator on sale that they did not have. We have felt very neglected and worried throughout the trip with the uncertainty of whether we could visit the place. They haven't been watching us at all. I would never repeat the experience with them again. We have paid an unjustified extra price because we have not been given any service.
