What a satisfying fun trip! - Our guide made the trip up there rather easy. Aside from the daunting chilliness at 5am as we were having the breakfast, which has nothing to do with our guide lol, I greatly enjoyed the companionship of our guide. He is really knowledgeable about the mountain and the area. What impressed me most was his friendliness and patience. I was on this tour with my dad who doesn’t speak English nor Spanish. And the guide would always leave some space for me to translate. He also made sure that my dad was able to complete this tour. Overall, we both really enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it!

Awesome guides and beautiful experience - Great crew and experience, the breakfast and lunch was a buffet and food tasted great. The guides were excellent lead by Rubin. All eager to help take photos and vids of us and guide us up the mountains.

Great trip! - Our trip to Rainbow Mountain and Red Valley was absolutely excellent! Everything was very well organized from start to finish. We had the privilege of arriving early, which meant we were among the first to reach the viewpoint—truly a special experience without the big crowds. Our guide, Jordan, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the hike. The walk to the top of Rainbow Mountain took about an hour. While the altitude made it a bit challenging, it was totally manageable for everyone in our group. The views were simply breathtaking—absolutely worth every step. We were also pleasantly surprised by the food provided, which was delicious and included great vegetarian options. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stunning and well-run adventure in the Andes!

Worth it but prepare for the altitude. - Anibal was our guide and amazing. We stopped for breakfast he gave us information and history of the hike. He then told us the options of getting to the top. He ensure we all got there. My altitude sickness was brutal but thanks to the horses for taking me most the way and Anibal and Florida water I made it to the top. We also lucked out in having a wonderful group on the trip with us. The trip is definitely worth the effort just make sure you are in cusco and adjusted before this hike. The highers part is 5300m and for Americans it's just shy of 16,000 ft.

Recommend the Experience! - Amazing hike and very worth it despite the high altitude; our guide, Reuben was helpful and knowledgable overall. Driver was also very professional. Breakfast / lunch provided was very average but you’re not there for the food :/ Pro tip: you’re reasonably fit and go slow, you will be just fine. Pack lots of layers - it gets really cold up there (for reference in early May it was between -5 to 0 C at the summit)

Morning Hike - Very positive experience with Darwin as our guide leading up to the Rainbow Mountain and Red Valley. The walk up the mountain required some basic physical conditioning but Darwin was sure to make sure everyone reached up safely. We paid 30 soles to enter the Red Valley but we walked about 100 meters and stayed there very briefly which I felt could have been better. Darwin did give us a little geography and history lesson which we appreciated. Overall a very positive experience!
