Albert & Nito - GOLD standard! - Albert and Nito were absolutely amazing knowledgeable personable and extremely hospitable. It was only the two of us on the tour. He made us feel safe and the sites we visited were breathtakingly beautiful and unspoiled. The ATVs were extremely great quality and well maintained.. We would gladly return and take this tour again.

Wonderful Experience. - Amazing experience. Takes you to wind turbines, in caves and onto the beach with plenty of opportunity to take photos. Make sure to arrive early for the safety briefing and demonstration to get the most out of the experience.

* Booked a Tour; Got Ghosted Instead. This is a $220 Scam: Changed Meeting Point Without Notice - We paid $220 for a tour we never got to take and this was entirely the fault of the operator and Viator. Our ticket explicitly stated the meeting point was Playa Forti. We arrived twenty minutes early (we were instructed to arrive at least fifteen minutes early), but no one was there. No communication, no notification, nothing. When we finally got in touch with the tour operator, we were told the meeting location had been changed without any effort to inform us. The “new” meeting point was 45 minutes away, making it completely impossible for us to get there in time. It appears they arbitrarily switched us to an East Coast tour even though we specifically booked a Westpunt tour. This was not a minor mix-up. This was a complete failure in basic logistics and customer communication. To make matters worse, Viator has been completely unresponsive except in their refusal to issue a refund, despite the fact that THEIR ticket clearly lists Playa Forti as the meeting location. We followed the instructions we were given and were effectively stranded because of their error. Charging customers for a service you fail to provide and then refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. This experience felt like a scam, and I would strongly caution anyone against booking through this operator or Viator.
