A Journey Through Time: The Historic Landmarks of Cyprus

As a former professor of European history, I have always been drawn to the ancient and the storied. Cyprus, with its rich tapestry of history, seemed like the perfect destination for my wife and me to explore. Our journey began at the port of Limassol, where we embarked on the Cyprus Shore Excursion—a tour that promised to unveil the island’s most famed landmarks.

As we returned to Limassol, with time to spare before our cruise ship’s departure, I reflected on the day’s adventures.
