• Bún Bò Xưa - After an exhilarating ride, the first stop is a cozy local eatery in District 3, where guests can savor a bowl of Bún Bò Huế — a bold and aromatic beef noodle soup distinct from the more common Phở found across Vietnam.

This central Vietnamese specialty features a fragrant broth simmered with lemongrass, beef bones, pineapple, and shrimp paste, offering a rich, slightly spicy depth. • Chuối nếp nướng Võ Văn Tần - The second stop in District 10 offers Chuối Nướng — grilled plantain topped with creamy coconut milk sauce, blending sweet and savory flavors. It’s proudly recognized as one of the world’s top 10 street foods.
